Order processing

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before they are handed to the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

US shipping options

SACraft currently ships to addresses in the United States. Available services and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Current options include standard shipping for $8, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more, and express shipping for $15.

Estimated delivery

After carrier handoff, standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days and express transit at 1–2 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier operations, peak periods, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Address changes and order help

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error or need help with a shipment. We cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered production or been handed to the carrier. Email sacraftllc@gmail.com with your order number.
