How long does delivery take?
Every item is made to order. Orders go to our print center in Georgia, USA the same evening, and they are printed and shipped the next day. Transit usually takes 2-5 days, so most US orders arrive within 3-6 days. Our print center is closed on Sundays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8, and it is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I personalize my item?
On the product page, choose your options (size, fabric, color, or font where available), then type your name or message in the personalization field. Please double-check spelling and capitalization, because we print exactly what you enter.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go to print quickly, usually the same evening. If you need a change, email us right away at support@shopsacraft.com with your order number. Once an item has been printed, we can no longer change or cancel it.
What is your return policy?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We are sorry. Email support@shopsacraft.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will make it right.
What sizes are available?
- Blankets: 30x40 in (baby), 50x60 in (throw), 60x80 in (adult).
- Beach towels: 22x42 in (baby / kids), 30x60 in (adult).
- Yoga towels: 30x60 in.
Sizes can vary by 1-2 in due to heat-press printing. Each product page has a size guide.
What is the difference between Minky and Sherpa?
Minky is smooth, velvety, and soft to the touch. Sherpa has the same printed front with a fluffy, extra-warm reverse.
How do I care for my item?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, without fabric softener. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Wash separately the first time.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We work hard to show accurate colors, but they may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.
